1. Who we are

Trading Coach ("the app", "we") is run by Remington Potvin, Annapolis, Maryland, USA. Contact: annapolispropertymaintenance@gmail.com.

2. What the app is, and isn't

Trading Coach is a discipline and journaling tool. You set your own trading rules and it helps you keep them. It does not give financial, investment or trading advice, signals or recommendations, does not connect to any broker, and does not place trades. Everything you decide to trade is your own decision.

3. Risk

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your money. Example numbers shown on our website or in our content are illustrations, not promises. Past results, including the founder's, don't guarantee future results.

4. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 and allowed to trade where you live.

5. Subscription, trial and cancelling

The app costs $12 per month or $99 per year, billed by Stripe, until you cancel. Yearly plans renew each year.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your first payment is taken then. One trial per person.
Cancel anytime from Manage billing in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial months or years unless the law requires it.
We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period.

6. Your data

What you log (sessions, rules, notes, feelings) is yours. We store it to run the app and don't sell it. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break its security, resell access, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. No warranty, and limits on liability

The app is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses or for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing annapolispropertymaintenance@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you by email or in the app if the changes are significant. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
