Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account: your email address and a password (stored hashed by our login provider, Supabase).
- What you log in the app: sessions, results, rules, notes, emotion ratings, feelings, mistakes, checklist and calendar data.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We see your subscription status and the last digits of your card; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To run the app (save and sync your data between your devices), to manage your subscription, and to email you about your account, billing or important changes. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the app: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide its service. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Where it's stored and for how long
Data is stored by Supabase in the United States (US West, Oregon). We keep it while your account exists, so it's all there if you come back after cancelling. Ask us to delete your account and we'll erase your data within 30 days, apart from billing records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data by emailing annapolispropertymaintenance@gmail.com. You can also export a backup from inside the app at any time.
Cookies and storage
The app stores your login and a copy of your data in your browser so it works quickly and offline. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you: it records only things like the page viewed, the site you came from, and your country and device type.
If you send feedback (in the app or through "What's stopping you?" on the homepage), we keep your message, plus your email if you're signed in or choose to give it, so we can read it and reply. We use it only to improve Trading Coach.
